OurBeeClub is operated by Velocity Point LLC ("Velocity Point," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using OurBeeClub, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the service on behalf of a club, association, nonprofit, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
OurBeeClub is a multi-tenant website and operations platform for beekeeping clubs. Depending on plan and configuration, a club site may include public pages, member registration, member directories, calendars, forums, marketplace listings, swarm reporting and collector notifications, document libraries, storefronts, event ticketing, dues collection, Stripe Connect onboarding, and related administrative tools.
Current plan descriptions and prices are listed on the pricing page. We may change pricing for future purchases or renewals with reasonable notice where required.
Clubs and their users keep ownership of content they submit, including text, photos, rosters, event details, documents, marketplace listings, and messages. You grant Velocity Point a limited license to host, copy, process, display, transmit, back up, and secure that content as needed to provide OurBeeClub.
Club administrators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permission basis for content and member data they add or import. Do not upload information you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted media, confidential records, or sensitive personal data that is not needed for the club's operation.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. You authorize Velocity Point and Stripe to charge the payment method on file for applicable setup fees, subscriptions, add-ons, dues, tickets, storefront orders, and other charges you initiate or administer.
Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Failed payments may result in retry attempts, restricted features, suspension, or cancellation. Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy.
OurBeeClub sends service emails and, where enabled, SMS messages for operational workflows such as account access, billing, member approvals, swarm reports, collector notifications, dues, event tickets, and support. Clubs are responsible for collecting and honoring any required consent from their members, reporters, collectors, and customers before using messaging features.
Recipients may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link where present. SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out of non-essential SMS where the carrier/provider supports it.

We may suspend or terminate access when use creates legal, security, payment, or operational risk.
OurBeeClub is software for club operations. It is not an emergency service, veterinary service, pest-control service, legal adviser, tax adviser, insurance adviser, or payment escrow. Swarm reports and collector notifications depend on user-provided information, carrier delivery, email delivery, and volunteer availability. Marketplace, storefront, dues, and event-ticket transactions are the responsibility of the selling or collecting club unless Velocity Point is expressly identified as the seller.
OurBeeClub, the software, design, workflows, documentation, and platform branding are owned by Velocity Point or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the platform except as permitted by law or written agreement. Feedback you provide may be used by Velocity Point without compensation.
You may cancel paid subscriptions or request export of your club data by contacting support or using available admin tools. After termination, we may retain data for a limited period to provide export, comply with law, complete billing and audit obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain encrypted backups. Some records, such as invoices, audit logs, and fraud-prevention records, may be retained longer where required or reasonably necessary.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELOCITY POINT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure, or meet every club's specific requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELOCITY POINT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON CLUB CONTENT OR USER-SUBMITTED INFORMATION. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the fees paid to us for the affected service in the twelve months before the claim or $1,000.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Velocity Point harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your club's operations, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of a third party's rights.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted on this page and, when appropriate, sent to account contacts. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Venue for court proceedings will be in the state or federal courts located in Oregon unless applicable law requires otherwise.
